Beginning in the 1950’s, the late Mario Veltri was the driving force behind the establishment of The Veltri Group.

Mario developed a reputable and thriving building company on the foundation of professionalism, quality workmanship and a commitment to community, hallmarks which his family passionately continue today.

The Veltri Group portfolio includes custom homes, residential subdivisions, low and high rise rentals, commercial and industrial leasehold properties, land development and the Harmony Creek Golf Course.

Without hesitation, Mario Veltri can truly be called one of Durham Region’s pioneers in the land development and home building industries.

Today Frank, Nina, Gino and Lisa continue the Veltri group operations with quality and commitment to community. Traits that Mario and Anna Veltri laid as their business foundation.

Frank proudly builds today’s homes from “start to finish”.  He’s personally involved in all aspects of creating and building a new home. With over 40 years of experience, he confidently works with qualified industry professionals from lot positioning, designing layouts that make sense to today’s homeowners needs, to constructing the home. He’s there “every step of the way”. Our new homes take longer to build compared to other new home builders because the Veltri group construct in proper sequence. Frank personally schedules and manages all trades and suppliers in an organized and timely manner and believes in “Quality not quantity”.  Building in limited quantities means Frank can provide hands-on monitoring of trades and suppliers, confirming that members of the team have completed their work fully so that the home can move forward to the next stage. Their philosophy of “building it right the first time” means Frank is on site virtually every day so that he can inspect the new homes progress and provide insight into corrections or solutions to possible issues down the road.
